Information an enquiry may collect
The quote form asks for the types of window furnishings you are interested in, suburb or postcode, approximate window count, preferred contact method, name, phone number, email, an optional description and up to five optional reference photos. You can separately choose whether to receive marketing updates.
Why the information is collected
Jebree uses enquiry information to respond, discuss window-furnishing options, arrange a measure and quote, and manage the resulting customer conversation. An enquiry is not an accepted job or final quote. Marketing updates are sent only where separate consent is given, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Website providers and overseas processing
The production website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and privacy-focused website analytics, Supabase for database and private file storage, Resend for transactional email, and Namecheap for business email. These providers may process or store information outside Australia. Jebree reviews the services it uses and applies access controls appropriate to the website.
Security, retention and deletion
Jebree uses access controls, private storage and server-side validation appropriate to the website, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Enquiries that do not become active jobs are reviewed for deletion within 24 months of the last contact. Records connected with accepted jobs may be kept longer where reasonably needed for administration, warranty, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
Access, correction and complaints
Email contact@jebreewindowfurnishings.com to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask for deletion where applicable, or make a privacy complaint. Jebree will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
